The lead roles are played by Kainaat Arora, Mugdha Godse, Rachna Shyam, Supriya Karnik, and Zarina Wahab. The film was released on 22 May 2026, after a controversy regarding the depiction of Muslims and forced conversion and, in particular, the use of the Hindu devotional expression "Jai Shri Ram" by the Muslim male character, in the original version.
